Ołdrzychowice Kłodzkie to dość duża wieś położona w województwie dolnośląskim, w powiecie kłodzkim, około 16 kilometrów od Kłodzka. Dojechać można tam autobusem,a także komunikacją zastępczą Kolei Dolnośląskich, ponieważ…pociągi na tej trasie nie jeżdżą. Życie toczy się tam powoli i już dziś mało kto pamięta, że historia Ołdrzychowic sięga prawdopodobnie aż 1342 roku.
Spacerując po tej miejscowości, warto zwrócić uwagę na obecną siedzibę zakonu franciszkanek szpitalnych, dawny pałac Oppersdorfów, zrujnowany pałac Magnisów, czy dawne Zakłady Przemysłu Lniarskiego „Lech”. To tam wybudowano pierwszą lokomotywę parową na Śląsku w 1840 roku.
Perłą w koronie Ołdrzychowic Kłodzkich, ale i całej ziemi kłodzkiej jest jednak mauzoleum rodu von Magnis. Znajduje się ono na tyłach kościoła pw. św. Jana Chrzciciela (który też warto odwiedzić). Po przeciwległej stronie drogi tuż za ośrodkiem zdrowia znajduje się spory parking, na którym polecam zostawić samochód tym, którzy chcą zwiedzić mauzoleum. A naprawdę warto to zrobić…

Jeden z najznamienitszych rodów ziemi kłodzkiej
Magnisowie to ród wywodzący się z północnych Włoch, który na ziemi kłodzkiej pojawił się w XVIII wieku. Około 200 lat wcześniej trafili do Rzeszy Niemieckiej za sprawą Giovanniego Pietra Magniego, który sprawował funkcję nadwornego lekarza cesarskiego.
W 1622 zostali zaliczeni w poczet niemieckiej szlachty, otrzymując tytuł Freiherra wolny pan, baron). Ich pierwszą rezydencją w regionie były Wambierzyce, skąd przenieśli się do Bożkowa. Następnie weszli w posiadanie rezydencji m.in. w Ołdrzychowicach Kłodzkich, Nowej Rudzie, Wojborzu czy Ścinawce Średniej. Za sprawą tego rodu powstał, chociażby szesnastowieczny pałac w Bożkowie.

Perfumowane krowy i królowa
Na terenach ziemi kłodzkiej Magnisowie kształtowali życie kulturalne i społeczne. Za czasów ich panowania Ołdrzychowice Kłodzkie były uważane za jedną z romantycznych wsi hrabstwa kłodzkiego i polecano jako obowiązkowe miejsce wycieczek, chociażby kuracjuszom z Lądka-Zdroju. To właśnie tam gościli pruską parę królewską: Luizę i Fryderyka Wilhelma III Hohenzollerna.
Z tą wizytą wiąże się pewna ciekawa anegdota. Otóż królowa ciekawa tego, jak wygląda dojenie krów, poprosiła, by miejscowe wieśniaczki zademonstrowały jej tę czynność. Przygotowano więc dla niej specjalny pokaz. Miejscowe kobiety ubrane w stroje ludowe doiły krowy, które wcześniej spryskano perfumami, by ich nieprzyjemny zapach nie drażnił królewskiego nosa.
Mauzoleum w Ołdrzychowicach Kłodzkich to perełka regionu
Blisko sto lat później hrabia Anton Franz von Magnis zlecił budowę mauzoleum, w którym mieli spocząć wszyscy żyjący członkowie rodu. Architektem był Ewald Berger, który odpowiadał także za inne budowle rodowe, a prace budowlane trwały rok. Budowlę zlokalizowano w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie czternastowiecznego kościoła pod wezwaniem św. Jana Chrzciciela.
Ostatecznie jednak w rodzinnym grobowcu spoczęły tylko trzy osoby: pomysłodawca Anton, a także Sophia (siostra Antona) i Carolina (siostrzenica Antona) z Oppersdorffów, którzy w tamtym czasie również władali Ołdrzychowicami Kłodzkim. Co ciekawe, obok mauzoleum znaleźć można grób Wilhelma Grafa von Magnisa. Dlaczego nie spoczywa z rodziną? Tego nie wiemy. Tak samo jak nie znamy dokładnej kwoty, za jaką wybudowano to miejsce. Pewne jest jednak, że nie były to małe pieniądze…
Do wrót mauzoleum prowadzą kamienne schody, które flankują dwa klęczące potężne anioły. Zresztą ten motyw w całej budowli jest aż nadto widoczny, jak również motyw maku, który kojarzony jest ze snem i śmiercią. Warto podkreślić, że wnętrze budynku, włącznie z wyposażeniem jest oryginalne: żyrandole, jak i kotara, a także ławki, witraże i eklektyczny ołtarz. Wszystko takie, jakie widział jeszcze Anton von Magnis.
Szczególną uwagę zwracają olbrzymie, przepięknie zdobione drzwi prowadzące do środka. Wrota mauzoleum są kute, niezwykle solidne i ciężkie, potęgując jeszcze wrażenie ogromu i powagi tego miejsca. Znajdują się na nich postacie św. Piotra i św. Pawła, a nad wejściem umieszczono niemiecki napis „Pokój z Tobą”.
Drugie życie mauzoleum
Magnisowie z ziemi kłodzkiej wyjechali wraz z zakończeniem II wojny światowej w 1945 roku, zostawiając spuściznę w postaci wielu budowli. W przeciwieństwie do Pałacu w Bożkowie, mauzoleum w Ołdrzychowicach Kłodzkich nie zostało splądrowane. Nie zniszczyła go także powódź w 1997 roku. W czasach „polskich” miejscowi księża prowadzili tam katechezy. Wnętrze służyło też za magazyn do przechowywania najróżniejszych rzeczy. Lepsze czasy przyszły dla mauzoleum wraz z księdzem Stefanem Łobodzińskim. Ten miłośnik zabytków i papierosów uporządkował to miejsce i udostępnił dla zwiedzających.
